GLC is easily the most slept-on member of Kanye West’s creative circle of musicians. This, apparently his debut (amazing because he’s been rapping for years and years) album, could be one of the most slept-on great albums of the year, period.
If you like slow Southern style rap with a master-level finish, plus unbelievable cameos (Twista, T Pain, Kanye, John Legend, Bun B, Manfred Mann … OK that last one is more of a sample than a cameo), you should enjoy this a fair bit.
